We will create hampers and gift packages for special requirements.Kindly inform us your budget and we will assist in designing the gifts or hampers according to your budget.Each customized order must be a minimum 10 hampers with a minimum value of RM 150 per hamper or a total spending of RM 1,500 and above.

applicable to one destination within Klang Valley only applies for order above RM500. Otherwise a min. charge of RM20.00 applies per destination.

We provide free delivery service within our Free Delivery Zone area.For delivery outside our zones, kindly check with our customer service for the charges.Charges will depend on the size and weight.Please not that a fee of RM 15 will be levied for redirection of orders and 50% for cancelation of orders.

Delivery within Malaysia & International
We currently provide delivery all over Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak, Singapore & Brunei. Your order will be sent via our appointed courier service by POSLAJU. Shipping time for will be between 3 to 4 days working days depending on the area of delivery. Charged will be based on distance and weight of the packaging. Please contact us to check on details and charges.

Payment
All orders must be paid prior to delivery.All Cheques must be crossed and made payable to ILY GIFTS AND TRADING.

Delivery time for hampers
We advise you to place your orders at least 3 days in advance due to higher demand during peak/festive seasons same day delivery can only be made on certain range depending on the availability of the day. ILY GIFTS AND TRADING reserves the right to change the delivery times and dates.
